事情起因是我的打算购买DreamHost的空间，
因为使用777的（复活节）优惠码，可以获得首年$9.24加一个免费域名的超级优惠，于是心动了，

不过那个优惠码不允许国内使用，但是，US可以，
于是我用上了著名的Hotspot Shield，用于翻墙获取美国IP然后买空间，
事实证明这招伪装是相当有效的，
因为DH允许我通过777优惠码下订单了，并且可以进行支付，

于是，我断开Hotspot Shield，然后注册Google CheckOut，
然后填写信用卡信息，然后走正常流程，按照大多数教程说的，地区写了：HongKong。

为什么不用Paypal呢？
因为DreamHost规定，使用Paypal你将得不到退款，即使你购买失败了。
为什么不直接用信用卡呢？
因为我的信用卡信息是国内的，DH一验证就可以cancel我的订单了，相当于白买……

然后呢，重新连接Hotspot Shield，
进入DH，正式下单了（前面到确认订单的时候就取消了），
然后呢，引导到支付页面，选择了Google CheckOut，
然后呢，用我的账户登录，然后支付，然后DH提示下单OK，等待到款，
然后呢，我收到邮件，告诉我的DH账户开通了，但是款项没有支付，
然后呢，我收到邮件，Google Checkout说：

Order receipt from DreamHost Web Hosting ($9.24)

然后呢，我又收到邮件，Google Checkout说：

Your order from DreamHost Web Hosting has been cancelled！

问题来了！最后的邮件Google Checkout说：

Hello Chen,

We were unable to verify the account information for your recent purchase with Google Checkout. As a result, your account has been temporarily suspended and your recent order has been cancelled:

被临时冻结，这是为什么呢？

我直接访问了Google Checkout，结果是跳转到Google Checkout Buyer Help，页面提示我，需要提交各种资料证明我的身份，说是在最近的交易中无法验证我的身份，

We were unable to verify the credit or debit card information for your recent order. Your order has been cancelled and your card was not charged. Rest assured that Google is committed to preserving the security of your information and providing a safe online shopping experience.

To resolve this issue, you’ll need to scan the following verification documents to your computer and then upload them below.

Your driver’s license or other government-issued identification
One of the following documents that verifies your billing address
A credit/debit card statement of the card you used to place the order, showing only the last four digits with the rest of your card number blacked out
A bank statement
A utility bill
If you don’t have a scanner, please click here.

Until we receive and verify the requested documents, future orders will not be processed. If you choose not to submit these verification documents, your account will remain suspended and you will not be able to place orders or access your Google Checkout account. Please do not create additional accounts.

Billing address verification:
　Credit/debit card statement //信用卡证明
　Bank statement //银行证明
　Utility bill //综合账单（是的，如你所想，就是水电煤气等费）

本着IT人都具有的GG情节，
我很老实的提交了我的身份证复印件，我的信用卡电子账单，并且文字说明我没有英文证件，
然后就等着，直到今天，终于有消息了。

Google Checkout给我回复邮件了，

[#424223282] Your Google Checkout Account

Hello Chen,

Upon review of your account, it appears that your information corresponds
with a currently unsupported billing country. To view a list of supported
billing countries, check the Location: drop-down menu on the sign-up page.

As a result, order #33357503568XXXX has been cancelled and your account
ID: xxxx@gmail.com has been suspended. Any pending and future
transactions made with this account will not be processed.
………….

邮件告诉我，我在一个现在还不支持使用Google Checkout付款的国家，
所以，交易 #33357503568XXXX 将取消并且最终冻结我的账户，
任何正在进行的或者未来的交易都不会受理。

最后，经过我的总结，问题可能出在三个地方。

  1. 使用Google Checkout支付的时候，在『境外』（XD 大家都知道怎么回事），跟注册IP差太多。
  2. Shiping Address我填写了中国。
    这个可能不是问题，因为GG提供了China选项的，当然也不排除刚好是整出来核查中国用户并执行冻结的。
  3. 结账的时候Shipping地址乱写。
    我写了US的某个GG来的地址，包括人名、电话、地址等信息，因为担心DH拒单。

在IDCSPY看到有人说提交信用卡账单就行，GG不会验证你是否在HK，
事实上，我被忽悠了。
GG很明确地告诉我，我所在地国家不被支持。

事实上，
最后是GordianZ同学帮我把这个账单付了，感谢锅点同学。
